moondays is an emerging self-care platform for women, menstruators and any individual seeking more radical and ritualistic self-care routines.
it is an intersection of ancient wisdom, dark magic, current science, and pragmatic approaches to our bodies as bleeders in the 21st century.
why does the average menstruator know so little about the inner functionings of their cycle? who’s job was it to teach a young menstruator about it? their mum? their school? and who taught that menstruators mum? her mum? her school? for a large majority of menstruators this important information fell through the gaps of patriarchal education. important information that now must flourish and expand as ripples serving to influence the tidal evolution of humanity.
moondays intends to revive the self-nurturing wisdom of a bygone era, when menstruators would gift themselves the time to rest and download from the inbetweens of the conscious and unconscious realms. reclaiming our bodies for inner peace with a sprinkling of alchemy to enjoy ourselves.
this is period health for people who don’t feel like they should be working as hard as capitalism tells them to, who do believe in authentic self-care as a pathway to caring for the world around them.
the seasonal self-care chart is a fundraiser for positive change by donating to the following organisations:
black rainbow
country needs people
muru mittigar
natsiwa
sisters inside

wwf australia
additional profits will go into developing this emerging platform to fund podcasts, events, and tools for menstruators and any individual desiring to develop a deeper and more radical sense of self-care and knowledge for their cyclical powers.
moondays imagines a world where there is enough time and space for the individual to care for themselves and their community. where our time on this earth is not driven by wealth of dollars but by the true wealth of love and connection.
